| | | In the corporate world, "diversity" is a subject we spend a lot of time talking about. We all realize that it’s important, but we may not know the impact it can have on our company’s culture or its bottom line.

In particular Kraft Foods R&D Inc. in Munich is based on the idea of diversity. As the European Research and Development Centre, Kraft Foods R&D Inc. acquires its specialized staff (currently approximately 300 employees) with their individual perspectives from currently 28 countries, which makes diversity an important part of our daily business life. Diversity is seen to be a huge asset to help individuals to succeed and reach their goals. As soon as you enter our site you step immediately into an international English speaking community as English is our company language. Working in such diverse teams needs an environment in which its participants can frankly share information regarding their perceptions of and experiences in the workplace.
